Neighborhood Greetings was founded in 1982 by Dr. Paul Greenwald and Dr. Jeff Cooper, 2 dentists looking to attract new patients. For 5 years they successfully refined their plan, building their own practice and establishing a business helping other practices. Expanding Neighborhood Greetings as far as they could take it - they sold the business to a father-son partnership that had extensive direct marketing and business experience to take the business to the next level.
Bob Stone was widely heralded as one of the true pioneers of direct marketing. His distinguished career spanned for more than forty years, during which time he played a formative role in the growth of direct marketing both in the United States and around the world.
He co-founded the direct marketing Agency Stone & Adler, has taught at both Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and the University of Missouri Kansas City. He became a member of the Direct Marketing Hall of Fame, he has won virtually every award for direct marketing excellence. His Best Selling book "Successful Direct Marketing Methods" eighth edition is the most widely used college text book on the subject of Direct Marketing.
With the title of Program Director, Will has had extensive business experience in sales and marketing. He has partnered in the development of restaurants from concept through management. While working in sales at Procter & Gamble he launched new products and as a marketing manager built direct mail programs for Polaroid both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining Neighborhood Greetings he re-launched the Hamilton Watch brand through direct mail. He is Certified as a Professional Direct Marketer and taught at Franklin & Marshall College.
